With 7 years of experience in business development and 3.5 years in commercial real estate, Tyler Smith brings his strong work ethic and industry knowledge to the Fidelity National Title, National Commercial Services team. As Vice President, National Account Manager, Tyler facilitates and provides title and escrow solutions for major commercial real estate transactions on a local and national level. He is supported by an expert group of title, escrow and due diligence professionals. 

After graduating from San Diego State University, Smith grew his skills servicing all client types within the commercial real estate arena including brokers, investors, developers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders. In 2020, Tyler was awarded Top Service Award at CoStar and became certified in CHIA hotel and CRE data. He has earned his success from his customer-centric approach and thorough understanding that each client’s needs are unique.

From Carlsbad, California, Tyler is a two-time collegiate state champion in surfing. He is a proud father of one son, and family is everything to him. When he is not building his book of business, Tyler enjoys golfing, surfing, tennis, and basketball.
