With 25 years and counting in the title business, Jim Medina has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial and residential transactions.  His understanding of the intricacies of the title process allows him to better serve the needs of his clientele.

I'm not a technician, underwriter or title officer. My role is to connect the dots, to ensure that all of the elements come together correctly, and that the pertinent parties are communicating clearly and effectively so that we can accomplish our goal of achieving clear title.

Jim launched his title career after establishing himself in the corporate sector.  His salesmanship, solid communication skills, and professionalism proved the ideal foundation upon which to establish himself in the title industry.  When the opportunity presented itself, he was ripe for the challenge.  “I wanted to be in a position that offered more diversity,” he recalls.

His early title career was focused on residential transactions, but Jim eventually transitioned into major accounts and builder services, where his business acumen was well-received.  Able to readily connect with a range of individuals, he has cultivated a significant professional network throughout the region and across the country.Jim's business relationships have allowed him to partake in notable transactions including the 2005 Dodgers Stadium deal.  “I brought that to the table,” he asserts of the career “claim to fame” transaction.

Jim differentiates himself professionally through exceptional communication, drive, and a strong sense of accountability.  He appreciates the resources available through Fidelity National Title, which offers nationwide services with the convenience of one point of contact.

A native of Southern California and a USC graduate, Jim enjoys the opportunity to give back to the communities where he has built a successful, long-term career.  He has been a Scout leader, a Pop Warner Football coach, and is currently a mentor for underprivileged youth.  He is also a co-coordinator for the USC Latino Alumni Association Annual Golf Tournament.
