Janis Okerlund is a National Account Executive with Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services Division. She specializes in complex commercial transactions of all types, with a specialization in hospitality, master planned developments, mixed use projects, and portfolios. Janis relies on her extensive experience as a senior commercial title officer and underwriter in assisting her clients navigate the complexity of commercial transactions. She works closely with Fidelity NCS’ incredible internal title and escrow teams, and liaisons with underwriting counsels nationwide, to provide the best achievable result for the client.

Working for a national title insurance office requires major amounts of coordination and communication. Justin VanderVeen, Vice President, Title Manager of Fidelity National Title National Commercial Services relishes the challenge and knows how to overcome it. Whether a client is a major lender, developer, or attorney, Justin sees his key role as facilitator in the title process. He relies on his strengths as a communicator and problem-solver to coordinate with all Fidelity’s national offices to close transactions and simplify things for everyone involved.

Kimberly Abkin Brice is a National Account Executive with Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services Division. She specializes in complex commercial transactions of all types, with a specialization in hospitality, master planned developments, mixed use projects, and portfolios. Kim draws on her prior experience as a practicing attorney, as well as her years as Assistant General Counsel with Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), the parent company of Fidelity National Title, to provide best in class service and innovative solutions to her diverse client base.

Well versed in understanding and mitigating risk through the development and management of global risk management. Managed the due diligence and sale of the Company’s Mexico operation. Advises a team of 10 division counsel for the FNF affiliates on contract negotiation as to dispute resolution.

As Executive Vice President, Regional Manager for Fidelity National Financial, Karen Robertson, Esq. oversees our national commercial and builder operations in the Western region. This includes Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, and Commonwealth Land Title. Karen has over 25 years of experience in the title industry, and has an extensive background in title and underwriting.
