Darcy Marsh launched her title career after graduating from the University of Arizona with a business degree in Marketing. She serves as Vice President, Sales Executive for Fidelity National Title's SoCal-based NCS operation. Darcy utilizes exceptional sales and interpersonal skills along with solid business acumen to meet the needs of her commercial clientele. Darcy is involved in the title insurance on sales and refinances for multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Working closely with commercial brokers, attorneys, owners and lenders, she offers quality service tailored to individual needs.

Darcy prides herself on providing responsive and attentive service designed to consistently exceed client expectations. Her unwavering drive places her at the heart of every transaction; acting as a liaison between clients and her Fidelity National Title team, she strives to facilitate transactions that run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She is firmly focused on closing deals and providing clients with a boutique-level of service designed to meet their specific needs. 

I enjoy being a part of the process. My clients know that they can count on me with their transactions, and that I’ll be here to provide them with great service and make title/escrow a smooth process. I love putting people together, being a part of the networking process and watching my clients increase their productivity.


Darcy stays connected with her clients and informed of the trends in the commercial market by attending and participating in many industry events.  Throughout the year she will be at events ranging from ISCS, Real Share, Bisnow, Real Estate and Construction division of the Jewish Federation, NAIOP and even her own networking events. Darcy appreciates the challenges her industry presents, and thrives on the opportunity to identify solid solutions that facilitate successful business. 

Outside of her professional commitments, Darcy is married with a young son and lives in West LA.
